January Terrific Kids

January Most Improved Kids

In honor of Celebrate Freedom week, Veteran Fred Gardner visited Mrs. Kerley’s class to talk about freedom and what it means to be free. He presented each student with a flag and shared what the colors represent.

Veteran Phil Swan talked to Mrs. Kerley’s class about freedom and presented each a copy of his military mascot, the Seabees.

Ms. Hovland's students turned in their Classroom Dojo points this week to eat lunch with Officer Hill!

The 1st graders in Mrs. Kerley’s class wrapped up a unit on American Contributions by learning about the children’s book author Laura Ingalls Wilder. They built and furnished a log cabin and barn as described in Wilder’s book Little House in the Big Woods.
