The state has allowed us to alter our 2023-24 calendar due to no longer being able to utilize AMI days during inclement weather. We have changed from a Traditional calendar (178 days) to an Alternate calendar (1,068 hours). Using this calendar, we were able to bank 8 instructional days. We have used 5 of those days so far, which puts our new last day of school on May 21st. Any additional days missed will be added to the end of this new calendar. Due to some information being shared with school districts, it is possible we will not be in session on April 8th for the solar eclipse. We will make a decision about that as soon as we can and as more information becomes available.
