Kindergarten Registration TOMORROW!
April 8, 2022 8am-3pm
Please make an appointment; call the K-12 principal's office @ 870-436-5677. Please bring the following documents:
1. Birth certificate
2. Social Security card (or at least the number if you don't have the card at the time)
3. Immunizations records if you have a copy
4. Updated physical if the student has had one done (I have copies of the blank forms that I can give them if you haven't taken your child yet)
5. Legal paperwork if applicable (we have to have legal documentation to enroll students if there's any sort of custody, guardianship, etc)

On Friday, April 8th Mrs. Deweese will be meeting with incoming kindergarteners. Therefore, current kindergarten students will NOT attend school on Friday, April 8th. This is only a day off for kindergarten students. All other grades will be in session.
