Board Member Spotlight! Name: Andrea Smith How Long Served on School Board: 7 months Favorite Thing About Being a Board Member: My favorite part about being on the school board is the opportunity to give back to the school that I grew up through and now plays a crucial role in educating my kids. Go Tigers! Most Challenging Thing About Being a Board Member: The most challenging part about being a new school board member is the amount of rules and regulations required to learn to effectively function in this role. Hobbies: I enjoy sharing a passion for barrel racing with my daughter and the time our family spends together weekend camping at the races, watching both of our kids play sports, farm life and spending time with friends and family. Family Info: My husband Carry and I have 2 kids: daughter Averi (15) and son Case (10).
